The owner, James Durrant, choosing rugs in Pakistan

When choosing a rug there are many factors to take into consideration; colour, design, cost, materials and suitability for the space being considered all have a bearing.

As a potential buyer of one of my rugs you can rest assured that on the issue of quality you will have nothing to worry about. I personally choose each and every rug that we have in stock.

I can also guarantee that every rug sold is handmade and hand knotted. You can relax in the knowledge that every aspect of the rug has been checked upon and that its quality is first class!

You can rely on us – a small family business established some 30 years ago. We have the knowledge and the expertise to help you choose your handmade rug. The internet is a minefield with many companies offering all kinds of products purporting to be genuine. Our reputation and high street presence is your guarantee that you will be buying only genuine, top quality handmade, hand knotted, country of origin rugs – nothing else comes close!

Our on-line prices are very competitive thereby ensuring that you get a great deal on every item bought.

The fact that we offer such a straight forward ‘try before you buy’ service should also reassure you. You can call at our Bedford Street showrooms in Norwich City centre and take any rug home on an approval basis. Alternatively you can pre choose any number of rugs and we will bring them out to show you in your home at an agreed time. You can then make your choice in situ, in the comfort of your own home.

Even rugs bought on-line and delivered are ‘on approval’.  Should you find the rug is unsuitable then all we ask is that you make a contribution to the cost of carriage for the return of the item (typically between £10 and £20).  Remember that carriage to deliver any rug to you is free of charge.*

*Subject to min order value £75. Rugs must be returned in correct packaging and in good condition.
