We bought three rugs from Oriental Rugs of Norwich and are absolutely delighted with them. They are the most beautiful, good quality rugs we have every seen, the colours are extraordinary. They have really added character to our home. The staff could not have been more helpful. We choose them via the internet, and did not go to the shop as we live too far away. The staff collected the different choices of rugs we were considering and sent us very good quality photographs which made it very easy to choose which ones we should go for, then we had them on approval. When they arrived, the quality of the rugs was so good that it made me gasp. This is because James visits the countries where the rugs are made and personally chooses them, rather than just choosing from a catalogue. We also had work done on the rugs by Oriental Rugs of Norwich, as we wanted to hang the rugs on the wall. This work was done extremely well and they look fabulous. I could not recommend them more highly.
