This delightful rug has a hand spun wool pile, hand woven on to a strong cotton foundation. Dyes used are mainly natural, being derived from plants, flowers and tree bark. Once woven, the pile of the rug is cut uniformly by hand. This gives the rug, it's colours and the design a real texture and depth. A truly fabulous example!

The rug measures 7 feet 7 inches long by 5 feet 9 inches wide. ( 2.30 x .75 metres ).
